Our High Holidays are truly the high point of our year. Throughout the Days of Awe, from the first sound of the shofar at Selichot to the last sound of the shofar on Yom Kippur our Rabbis inspire us with their words, our Zemer and choir with their beautiful voices raised to the heavens, and our friends with their warm wishes- the communal spirit is palpable. It is grand indeed as we gather in the Satisky Hall, renewed and joyous, for our Break the Fast with our entire Temple Beth Or family.
We conclude Rosh Hashanah with the Tashlich service symbolically casting our sins into the water and beginning the New Year cleansed.
